This role is mainly to ensure the stability of manufacturing process; Manage technologic documents and standard work instruction; Lead problem solving for production line.
？ Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods with knowledge of product design, materials and parts, manufacturing processes, tooling and production capabilities, assembly methods and quality control standards；
？ Plan, schedule, assign, supervise and continuously optimize production processes assigned；
？ Support new product development as well as sample making；
？ Support BOM, process cost analysis and estimation for quotation reference；
？ Coach, train, and guide related workers to obtain optimum output & results；
？ Take charge of production line lay out design and machinery layout；
？ Trouble shooting and problem solving for quality claim and issues from work floor and suppliers；
？ Active participate in Lean activities and 5S practices on workshop；
？ Develop new process and technology；
？ Lead Kaizen project.
1. Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering field with Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 year of electronic manufacturing experiences, 3 years experience of NPI as well as Lean manufacturing experiences, experience on thermal application is preferred.
2. Mastered in 3D& CAD related software and office skills.
3. Good English capability both in written and spoken.
4. Be proactive, Self-motivated, quick learning, team work and strong communication skills.
5. Commitment to on-time project delivery.
6. Coaching and influencing skills to guide the other professionals.
