Responsbilities:
The key responsibilities include: ? Be responsible for order processing, including order taking, order entry and acknowledge, request date alignment with customer etc. Follow sales order fulfillment status and drive customer on-time delivery with support from cross function. ? Access to customer website in regular way to pick up sales order, delivery plan, volume forecast and maintain shipment data order. Work together with planning and logistics team to arrange daily shipment and relevant document preparation ? Review and response to customer inquiries with support from cross function, including sample request, JR handling etc. Coordinate the customer complaint and go through the return procedure when the return is approved ? Fill in the DREC (drawing review/Engineering Change) and submit it to DC (document control) when the new version of customer drawing is received ? Maintain the approved quotations/pricing in the system & Issue Purchase Requisition form to Purchaser for issue PO ? Collect & analyze customer demand forecast to work out internal demand forecast on monthly base. Follow Sales & order taking plan achievement and relevant report analysis. ? Improve customer experience and relevant KPI performance, like LTR, premier customer LISC, customer survey etc. We would like to hear from you if you have: ? Service oriented and fast response ?
