The key responsibilities include:
？ Large OEM management including technical communication, failure analysis, quality reports, and engineering support; coordinates prototyping new products to customers, and followup.
？ Conduct market research through trade associations, exhibitions, internet investigation and corporate services.
？ Support field sales and distributors technical issues as required to maintain Division’s premier customer service position. This could include training, on-line chat, and literature development. Provides technical expertise on product to close on final sale.
？ Assist division marketing and R&D in adapting current and new products to customer needs and satisfaction and assist in development of strategic sales plans for existing and adjacent market for existing and new innovative products. Investigates market needs for innovative products and communicates them to Engineering for product development.
？ Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the market place and provide reports, on a regular and/or monthly basis; keeps management aware of changes, which would affect the distribution and sales of Parker products.
？ Development of customer communication programs and special marketing plans.
？ Must maintain highest degree of customer service, throughput, and quality.
We would like to hear from you if you have:
？ BS Degree in Engineering, material science or rubber engineering related is preferable.
？ Ability to do 3D design work, Autocad is a must, FEA is preferable.
？ Strong computer skills are required: Preferred skills; Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Project/product management experience is a plus.
？ A strong understanding of rubber materials, products, tool manufacturing, as well as seal application would be good. Life Science, consumer, auto, heavy duty market experience is preferred.
？ Good English in oral, writing and reading.
？ Willing to travel within the region constantly.
