Responsible for researching, analyzing, designing, and testing component of the drives, define and maintain manufacturing processes and systems to improve core products / or develop new products with supervision, manage, coordinate, and administer technical product initiatives and progress, to ensure the product satisfy the customer needs.

This role will report to project manager
Responsible for drives product line hardware design, conduct research, analysis and testing from electronic components, PCBA, frames to final products. Maintain and improve manufacturing process and systems to ensure productivity and quality. Interact with operation, quality assurance, supply chain, supplier, occasionally with sales and customers.

Responsible for drives product line hardware design, conduct research, analysis and testing from electronic components, PCBA, frames to final products.
Develops conceptual design and model alternatives and conduct technical analysis and predictive modeling to measure design outcomes;
Design test methods, maintain test equipment, and test the hardware and software of motor/drive product.
Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage;
Investigate most complex products and manufacturing difficulties and determine corrective procedures; Improve First Part Yield and productivity and improve the quality and consistency of final products;
Coach relative staffs and helps them resolve problems.
Work with product manager on drive product improvement or development plan.
Analyze customer application and provide technical support and feedback to customer
All related tasks as assigned by supervisor or department.
University degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related
5+ year experience in drive product or manufacturing process design and implementation. Focus on hardware.
Familiar with at least one circuit principle design software, such as Altium, Pads, etc., familiar with circuit simulation analysis software such as Multisim is a plus.
Strong analytical skills of power electronic devices, analog and digital circuits.
Have a quality control experience of motor drive products and failure mode analysis.
