Responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to increase division sales and profits while providing premier customer service to the customers, distributors and field sales people. It includes product development, strategic pricing, competitor and market analysis, training, marketing campaigns, developing and maintain key accounts, etc.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Collaborate with sales co. and divisions to develop target markets/accounts through strategic pricing, product portfolio management, and product development, sales and marketing support. Interact with customers, channel partners, field sales, product engineering and quality assurance. Reports to Business Unit Manager.
The key responsibilities include:
Product management leadership position, responsible to develop and implement the product line growth strategy for division, aligning with global pneumatic strategy and factory automation growth plan.
Define the product line growth strategy by including sales plan, product roadmap, value proposition, pricing, channels, product development or localization plan, market intelligence and marketing plan.
Maintain and simplify existing product offering by focusing target markets and application. Investigate market needs for innovative products and works with engineering to prioritize product development efforts.
Ensure global coordination and consistent quality of marketing campaigns, e-business plans and new product releases. Monitor and drive marketing communication needs for product line in support of growth strategy (promotions, catalogs, social media, web presence, etc).
Conduct market research for market dynamics, product trend and competition update. Collect application knowledge from target markets.
Support field sales and distributors to drive sales result and improve division’s premier customer experience. Develops/performs product promotion, training and tech support to field sales, channels, and targeted customers.
Monitor sales and margin results, prepare sales forecast, track and recommends appropriate actions.

We would like to hear from you if you have:
5-year university degree or above, preferably in Engineering. 3+ year experience in field sales, product design, product and application support, product management, etc.
Deep understanding of pneumatic product and application is a MUST. Sales or marketing experience on factory automation segment will be a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to influence in a business setting.
Experience of coordinating cross region growth & product strategies.
Growth mindset with strong analytical skills.
Good English language skill for frequent oversea meetings. Travel up to 40%+.
