Responsbilities:
Job Responsibility: Be responsible for direct and distribution sales of fluid connectors, in assigned geographical area and market segment. Develop more new distributors and support the development of new Parker Stores with Retail Team. Train OEM, distributor, Parker Store and end-users regarding new product applications. Review and manage accounts receivable to minimize risks. Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge of the specific product group products, applications, features, advantages and benefits. Develop and maintain knowledge of the competitive products and their sales activities then provide a report on a monthly basis. Present positive self-image and make good business decisions utilizing the RSM’s resources. Assume an unofficial leadership role among sales engineers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or related field. Over 3 years direct/distribution sales experience in Motion & Control industry. Competency on fluid connector and / or hydraulic product and application knowledge. Business developer/selling skill set Experience in industrial retail is a plus. Teamwork, strong communication and coordination skill. Hard working and continuous learning. Basic English skill. Highly organized and self-motivated as well as disciplined. Good presentation and PC skills
