Position Summary:

Provide leadership to execute BU quality strategy including: develop, maintain, and improve quality system that attain company goals and objectives, and achieve customer satisfaction via regularly visiting key customers to build strong relationship and improve quality performance. Provide management and leadership to company’s quality and business efforts. Integrate quality department, quality system, and technologies into the organization to achieve the best possible quality effort at the least possible total cost in the long-term.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

• Report to Value Stream Manager

• With limited supervision, determines and develops production processes for manufacturing operations consistent with team objectives.

• Improve and optimize CNC Machine efficiency for overall production productivity

• Interface with functions such as Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, inside and Outside Sales.

   

  Job Responsibility:

• Perform standard calculations and prepare standard operations sheets;

• Analyze and organize production operations, routings and sequences;

• Decide on machine group for a particular job and make machine layout;

• Investigate manufacturing difficulties and determine corrective procedures;

• Supports the Win Strategy by recommending ways to increase yields and productivity and improve the quality and consistency of final products;

• Develop new processes for new or improved products;

• Manage to implement Factory Automation project;

• Design the non-standard cutting tools and fixture;

• Optimize assembly process;

• Quotations for new products;

• Need automatic programming about CNC process development;

• Other tasks that assigned by management team.

  Qualifications:

• Rich experience in MNC Advance Manufacturing for Factory Automation project in CNC Industry;

• Engineering for Mechanical or Automation bachelor degree or relative education degree;

• 2-4 yrs related working experience in related work is a preference;

• Positive interpersonal skills to support working with different cultures is preferred;

• Work in fast paced, collaborative team environment;

• Good communication skill;

• English in both writing and reading is a preferred.
