Responsibility:

• Ensure 3-way match is completed timely and accurately for inventory purchase.  Complete all the unmatched items as show on GRNI report.  Exceptional reasons should be remarked clearly.

• Contact division buyer/supplier chain to solve problem purchase orders and invoices.  Follow up the issues on a timely basis.

• Collect statements from intercompanies and book the GIT (goods in transit)  at month end.

• Complete the intercompany reconciliations and blackline reconciliations on a monthly basis.

• Upload related supporting documents to One-drive and complete archive process monthly.

• Other related jobs as leader requires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or economics required.

• Good understanding of US GAAP and PRC GAAP.

• Self motivated and self starter. Good team player. Strong ownership.

• Good communication skills. Good analytical skills.

• Good Chinese and English language skills, both oral and written.
