岗位概述 Position Summary：

Manuel force level of work.  Be responsible for adjusting.  Operating and controlling the production machinery

Report to Cell Leader

工作职责 Responsibility：

●   Operate production machinery

●   Implement online control and record required production data for quality assurance

●   Complies with safety operation procedures

●   Assists in tool set-up and adjustment of auxiliary production machinery

●   Guides and trains unskilled operators

●   Keep 6S of the workspace

●   Confirm quality of product and efficiency

●   Other which assigned by superior

●   操作生产机器

●   实现在线控制，并且记录质量保证必须的产品数据

●   遵守安全操作的程序

●   帮助设置工具，调节辅助生产机器

●   指导，培训不熟练的操作工

●   保持工作场所的6S

●   并保证产品质量和生产效率

●   上级安排的其它临时工作（加班、倒班等）

任职资格 Qualification：

●   Polytechnic School or Vocational School

●   1 year relevant working experience is preferred

●   For Operators in Grade 3, at least 3 years relevant experience will be needed

●   Special operator should hold the certificate (e. g electrician /brazing operator/forklift driver ,etc)

●   技校或职校毕业

●   有1年相关工作经验者优先

●   3级操作工必须有3年以上相关工作经验

●   特殊工种人员需持证

绩效指标 Performance Measurement Standard：

●   Increase net machine utility from 70% to 85%

●   100% safety production

●   No scrap

●   机器效用净增长从70%到85%

●   100%安全生产

●   没有废品
