This role will be responsible for design/development/improvement of linear and rotary servo motors, customized motor and motion system. Develop new servo motor with supervision, manages, coordinates, and administers technical product initiatives and progress, to ensure the product satisfy the customer needs.

This role will report to project manager.

Primarily internal Parker contacts and with cross-functional teams, product management team and local production team, etc., team cooperation for result-orientation.

Job Responsibility / 工作职责：

1. Focus on motor development, by preparing local product spec, parts drawing and other product data to support production process, in charge of complex servo linear motor system.

2. Develops conceptual design of motor products, responsible for existing product improvement on performance, reliability and cost etc.

3. Responsible for test, facilitate implementation and updating of operational process flow; supporting objectives of productivity, cost and quality improvement.

4. Implement the VAVE and NPD programs, provide effective coaching to work-related engineers and helps them resolve problems of effective solutions.

5. Make scientific analysis of motor parameters and performance modeling to measure design outcomes.

6. Other work assigned by supervision.

    

   Qualification/ 任职资格：

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Automation/Mechanical engineering.

2. Have good ability to researches, analyzes, designs, and tests component parts of motor.

3. Familiar with the principle of motor structure design, be able to independently motor product and process design

4. Owning similar job experience of motor industry for 5+ years.

5. A good plus if job experience of iron-core linear motor or ironless linear motor.

6. Proficient in CAD/CAM.

7. Good English write and oral.

8. Excellent team work and communication.
