Provide after sales field service, technical service to customers on Parker products and systems.
On-site troubleshooting, division communication and products test, preliminary investigation, repair in Parker facility.
Provide products after sales training to customers and distributors. Strengthen customer and distributor technical, troubleshooting capabilities.
Ensure correct completion of Parker claim system and timely follow up, correct inputs and completion of field service reports and weekly/monthly report.
Work closely with the sales team and contribute to the premier service and sales goals.
Support and continuously improve Parker quality system and obey company policy.
All related tasks as assigned.
Degree / Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
Min. 3+ years hands-on experiences in hydraulic field, familiar with hydraulic system or filtration products; pneumatic, EM products is plus.
Good communication skills and self-management and team spirit.
Excellent attention to details, high level of sense of urgency and self-motivation. Knowledge of problem-solving concept, logical thinking.
Able to work independently and under pressure, willing to travel.
Good PC and English language knowledge
