The key responsibilities include:
Responsible for IA and Process market development and sales drive, responsible for achieving sales target of IA and Process business from CFD.
build up business strategy and lead the execution, build up and maintain market intelligence for IA and Process business.
IA and Process products and portfolio management, maintain cross-reference information (Partner & competitor)
Support sales team for customer enquiries, working closely with Engineering team & Plants to achieve orders.
Lead and manage the customer negotiations regarding the specifications of the products to be designed and define the functional specifications based on the customer requirements, participate in the presentations for the developed products to the customer.
Support field sales/sales companies on marketing tools and analysis; Provide product information for marketing to be used for Exhibitions, Flyers, Brochures, etc.
BD Process (Win Map, Winovation and Win Value) in IA and Process business
Lead and/or support the projects of CFD Marketing and BD team
We would like to hear from you if you have:
4-year university bachelor’s degree or above, major in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or business management (technical orientation).
Above 8 years working experience in filtration industry or manufacturing industries (prefer metal, cement, machine tools, mining, O&G, and chemical experiences),previous work experience ideally includes experience in Marketing/Sales, Customer Support, Project management.
Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper opportunities.
Strategical thinking and strong learning capability
Good Written and oral English communication capability.
Good initiatives, can work independently, takes over responsibility, willing to travel （30% base in WF）
