Responsible for Mobile Customers (Hydraulic & Fluid Connector) in assigned geographical area and market segment;
To increase sales and prioritize the opportunities on an account-by-account basis to obtain optimum sales result.
Responsible for sales performance in defined market and accounts;
Responsible for Mobile Market Direct and OEM dealer;
Develop new customer and channel in assigned geographical area and market segment;
Train dealers and OEM customers on product applications;
Review and manage accounts receivable to minimize risks;
Present positive self-image and make good business decisions utilizing the Product Group Sales Manager.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge of the Hydrau group products, applications, features, advantages and benefits.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the competitive products and their activity in the market place.
Assume an unofficial leadership role among sales engineers.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Competent in English
Minimum 3 years Hydraulic/Fluid Connector working experience in motion system, especially on Mobile Market.
Must have two years sales experience.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with customers’ executives and high-level managers.
Ability to work with multiple Parker Groups, Divisions, etc. to achieve unified solutions.
Highly organized, self-motivated and self-discipline.
Can-do attitude, aptitude, with actions & details
Available to travel as needed.
