Answer customer’s enquiries on product (referring catalogues), delivery status and other business-related points, to quick and accurate response customer inquiries.
Confirm sales contract, customer PO or E-order according to customer demand and Parker’s quotation, and provide filing for quotations, contracts, etc.
Review open SO timely and coordinate related functional teams for on-time delivery, to fulfill the signed contracts request.
Record customer claims within 24 hrs and respond timely by internal check, so the targets are meet.
Provide promise date report of open sales orders to major customers weekly. Prepare monthly report or other reports requested, to achieve a continuous improvement.
Item creation and maintain to ensure updated and accurate raw data.
Conduct customer visits for better mutual understanding and cooperation
College degree or above, major in business, machinery technical, administration etc., Engineering background will be a plus
Possess customer service concept, good communication skill, well-organized, careful, studious, sense of responsibility & team work, urgency and ownership
Possess product knowledge
Proficient in English and computer literate
More than 3 years working experience, minimum 1 year on sales support or customer service.
