Support HRM to improve the quality of HR services in C&B.
Ensure the payroll, social benefits and other incentive program (RONA, Double Pay, etc.) accuracy and on time delivery.
Make clear the historical and tracking record for all payroll and social benefits.
Assist HRM finish the HR budget including headcount and employee cost.
Support HRM to control HR expense
Maintain the HRIS system and provide consultation.
Support HRM finish and manage Individual PPP on time.
Assist to improve the current benefits program and propose.
Assists other employee in HR other function team in HR relevant aspects.
Collects, analyses the attendance and overtime and submits the report
Updates the HR records and submits the report.
