- This position is responsible for the technical administration and customer services including establishing of priorities on repairs, invoicing, quotation, VRM and data input into AeroTrac system.
- Maintain records like customers’ invoices, repair orders, purchase orders and ensure that all records are orderly and safely kept.
- Prepare repair quotation and ensure that they are responded to the customer in a timely manner and follow up as necessary.
- Generate VRM orders and associated documents.
- Perform other duties required by the company.
1. Bachlor degree or above, 2 years working experience in related function, MNC is a plus;
2. Excellent oral and written English communication skills are essential;
3. Able to work independently;
4. Service orientated and well manners are essential.
