Develop, manage and grow One Pneumatic sales profitably in Zhejiang and Shanghai, must possess maturity to handle direct sales and distribution where necessary in order to achieve sales and management objectives.
Has sales responsibility for One Pneumatic products in Zhejiang/Shanghai. Develops and maintains strong client relationships with customers while meeting position objectives
Obtain specifications and approvals at design institutes, OEM and major accounts targeted to result in sales opportunities or increased sales.
Motivate and provide sales direction and technical support to the distributors. Assist in the conversion of competitive accounts to Parker.
Provide products training to distributor and customer.
Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the market place and provide reports, on a regular and/or monthly basis; Keep local sales management up to date on competitive activity.
Collaborates with divisions and other department in creating a planning strategy to provide the products and service required for their assigned accounts;
Provide timely reports to summarize business activities, collet and update the project information, maintain opportunity tracking and forecast sales through periodic analysis.
Bachelor degree in Machinery or equivalent degree required.
4+ years working experiences in sales
Excellent communication skill, hard working, outgoing, and real like to work with the company as a professional sales people
Ability to work with multi-function support team and division to achieve solutions.
Good written and speaking skill in English
